The Game, From Every Angle
My work comes from years spent inside soccer culture, on the pitch, behind the camera, and behind the scenes.
It has shaped where I’ve lived, the people I’ve met, the languages I use, and the way I tell stories. My work brings together experience in professional soccer, translation, visual storytelling, and journalism, with a focus on the culture and human moments around the game.
I most recently worked with D.C. United as a Korean interpreter and player liaison, supporting communication between players, coaches, front office staff, media, and external partners. I’ve also created photo and multimedia work for Club Eleven, Team USA, Umbro, Men in Blazers, and the NWSL, telling stories across different corners of the soccer world.
Today, I’m continuing that connection as a player with St. Louis Fusion while building work that reflects the game from multiple angles: on the pitch, behind the scenes, and through the people who give it meaning.
